paying or non paying member by sending your picture, we have the right to use your picture
on TV, Newspaper and the Internet as well as any other multimedia.

We are not responsible for any viruses any loss of data damage to your HardDrive,
India Matrimony World is not responsible for any damages caused due to actual meetings
between India Matrimony World paying and non paying members such as: Physical, Sexual or Ratial abuse.
At times we will share information with a thirdparty, information such as: email addresses, pictures and
your profile details, Telephone numbers, Home addresses etc.

No one can copy any part of our Website (India Matrimony World) in content and design,
if some one is found liable for such actions then we will proscute the offending body/person
who is found guilty of doing so in the court of law.

We are not liable for any Nudity or any other offensive acts potrayed online using webcams or text chat by
our paying and non paying customers. We would advise that if some one is guilty of the above that their behaviour is
reported to the site admin, availble 24 hours a day.

No one is allowed to advertise or mention brand names for publicity
purposes while they are logged in to India Matrimony World

Once you have signed up for the services available then you are not able to
claim a refund for the membership package you have purchased.
